Does NOT work with Windows Vista and McAfee. For two weeks I've been trying to get it to work. Settings changed only apply to MY login. Continually throws an error "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert..." and also an error referencing sysdiag.exe, which is core application file! Someone at my house googled "sysdiag.exe" and was taken right to a SpyAgent page. The program is very hard to "turn off" or delete/uninstall. Throws too many distinct errors to be stealthy. Tech support just keeps telling me to try the same things over and over, which I've already reported do not work. Cons: Throws distinct, trackable errors. Settings don't "stick" to all user accounts.
